You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected wallet and any associated accounts. You accept all risks of unauthorized access to your wallet and agree that Bear Fun will not be liable for any loss you may incur.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for all content you create, post, or share through the Service.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that the use of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital tokens involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• The risk of losing access to digital assets due to loss of private keys.
• The risk of financial loss due to market volatility.
• The risk of smart contract vulnerabilities or errors.
• The risk of regulatory changes or actions.

You accept and acknowledge that Bear Fun is not responsible for any of these risks and will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of using the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service. Our branding, logos, and all other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Bear Fun. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Bear Fun be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bear Fun operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
